Full Service Flat Fee Listings

One of the cornerstones of my business is offering full service flat fee listings. If you would like to save thousands of dollars when you sell your home then a flat fee listing is for you. Based on a 6% commission a listing would have  a 3% buyers agent commission and a 3% listing agents commission. My flat fee listing  commission is $3500 for houses under $500,000 and in Yellowstone County. You would still have to pay the 3% buyers agent commission.

This is not a limited service listing but a full service listing. You will get the same full service as you would with a regular listing. My promise to you is professional service with integrity and experience. Full representation from signing the listing agreement to sitting down at the closing table and everything in between. Some restrictions may apply.
